Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of Recipe Rumble. By creating an account, you agree to them and confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account and payment information, keep your credentials secure, and notify the operator of suspected misuse. Do not interfere with the service, manipulate voting, impersonate another person, upload malware or unlawful material, harass others, or create multiple accounts to evade rules. We may restrict or remove accounts or entries when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.

Challenges, voting, and results

Each active challenge shows its submission and voting periods. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, challenges award only the points and recognition shown in the service and do not promise cash or other prizes. One eligible entry and one vote per member per challenge are permitted. Entries are displayed anonymously during voting. Automated checks and administrator review may be used to reject duplicates, unverifiable entries, manipulation, or rule violations. Decisions should be applied fairly and may be corrected where an error is found.

Your photos and content

You keep ownership of content you create. You confirm that you created each submitted photo or have permission to use it, that it does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, and that it is safe and lawful to publish. You grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, resize, display, and reproduce submitted content only as needed to operate, promote, archive, and explain Recipe Rumble. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for lawful backups and material already used with your permission.

Private verification photos are not licensed for promotional use and may be viewed only for challenge verification, safety, legal compliance, or dispute handling.

Membership and payment

The checkout page shows the price, currency, access period, and payment method before you proceed to Paynow. Current plans provide a fixed access period and do not renew automatically unless checkout clearly says otherwise. Access starts after successful payment confirmation. The separate Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or a particular competition result. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control.

Privacy, changes, and law

The Privacy Policy explains data use. We may change these Terms for legal, safety, or service reasons. Material changes will be identified by a new version and may require renewed acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, without taking away mandatory protections you have under the law where you live.
